Agreement

By creating an account, adding a payment method, or purchasing prepaid usage, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use paid features.

Service

Quan provides AI-assisted features and related tools. Output may be inaccurate; you are responsible for how you use it. Do not rely on Quan for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Billing & wallet

Prepaid balances and card charges are processed by Stripe. Prices, taxes, and invoicing appear at checkout and in the customer portal when enabled. Usage may be debited against your wallet per published rates. Unused balance policies are described at purchase time.

Acceptable use

No unlawful, abusive, or rights-violating use; no attempts to bypass metering or access other parties' data. We may suspend access for violations or risk.

Disclaimer

Service is provided as is without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted for paid consumer services in your jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material payment changes will be communicated in a reasonable way.

Partner community integrations

Use of Quan inside third-party communities may be subject to the Quan Partner Community terms in our legal documentation; in case of conflict on payment and wallet, these Terms control for charges on https://quan.amplifysystems.io.
